The Service Delivery Engineer is a post-sales engineer in the field of cloud storage, managing service delivery and professional services to enterprise customers.

This is a HANDS-ON position that provides global support for corporate desktop/laptop computer infrastructure, supporting client's onsite and remote.

Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades desktop/laptop hardware and software.
Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades R&D lab servers (VM / ESXi).
Management of user settings and security settings at desktop/laptop computer level including using active directory and Exchange.
Support of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Manage the corporate Firewall, responsible for all network security aspects.
Manage the corporate LAN/WAN network.
Communication to customers of scheduled and unscheduled downtime of resources procedures.
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to infrastructure systems, design, configuration, support and processes.
Create and maintain DR plans ensuring that these are tested and updated regularly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
Extensive knowledge and experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of server technologies (Windows Server, AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Microsoft BackOffice and VPN).
Extensive knowledge of Linux and Microsoft systems.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the configuration and maintenance of MS Exchange.
Advanced knowledge and experience managing VMware vSphere and ESXi (v4.1 and above).
Advanced knowledge and experience managing fortigate Firewall.
Experience with Windows PowerShell scripting.
Experience with disaster recovery and BCP planning.
Solid understanding of networking and networking protocols.
